Our experience with Rimrock was very good overall. The installation process was a little rocky because it required coordination between multiple service providers. However, we were reimbursed for the time that our old service and new service overlapped. And once the installation was complete the system worked perfectly. It's been a few months and we are very happy with the service.

Maria was awesome! My salon has been with Verizon business for almost a decade, it was okay besides the price and all of the dropped calls constantly. Maria called us one day and we made an appointment based on her professionalism and her understanding of saving money, especially within the past couple years.
